The Cashiering Office is responsible for the collection, control and custodianship of all Longwood University Revenue.
Cashiering window hours are:
- Monday - Friday, 8:15am to 4:00pm

Forms
The mail log (xls), cashier log (xls), and cash over/short log (xls) are all located on one Excel file. As with every Excel file, there are three tabs labeled "Sheet1," "Sheet2," and "Sheet3." The corresponding log form is on its respective sheet upon downloading. These, along with the transmittal form (doc) are forms that will be completed by Longwood University employees only that operate cash collection points.
