Colonel Beach is a recognized expert in the field of law enforcement leadership. He has over 42 years of experience as a law enforcement professional with a reputation for high ethical standards in both his professional and personal life. Bob has worked as a senior consultant to a number of national and international consulting organizations dealing with leadership development and training and had been listed in the prestigious "International Who's Who in Public Service." Col. Beach's free time is woven around his church, family, and home as the father of five, and grandfather to thirteen, an ordained Baptist Minister, and avid hunter, fisherman, and horse enthusiast.
