Susan has served as the Director of the Student Union and Involvement at Longwood University since August 1999. Before coming to Longwood, Susan worked at the Culinary Institute of America in NY, Emmanuel College in Boston, and Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. Susan works closely with all of the registered student organizations, coordinates some of Longwood's signature events such as Family Weekend, Oktoberfest and Spring Weekend, and manages the day to day operations of the Office of the Student Union and Involvement.
During her time in student affairs, Susan has been very involved with CSPA/NY, ACUI, NACA and ACPA's Commission for Student Involvement serving in several leadership roles (i.e., NACA Conference Chair in 2002) and on various committees. Susan's interests are working out, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and watching her beloved Red Sox. A native of Medford, MA, Susan is married to Bruce Davis and has a three- year old lab named Fenway.
