Rick joined Longwood in 2003, and is an active member of the Association for Student Conduct Administration (ASCA), having served as a Virginia state representative and on the publications board as a reviewer for the ASCA Journal of Student Conduct Administration. He teaches human development, research methods, and psychological assessment as an adjunct instructor for the Department of Education and Human Services. His personal interests include hiking and backpacking, reading, history, woodworking, and martial arts.
