Doug is a member of the Southeastern Association for Housing Officers
(SEAHO), American College Personnel Association (ACPA), and National
Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA). Doug has
worked in various positions in residence life including: Resident
Assistant, Longwood College (84-86); Resident Director, Radford
University (87-89); Area Director, University of North Florida,
Jacksonville, FL (89-94); Residence Life Coordinator, NC State University,
Raleigh NC (94-2000).
Doug was born and raised in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of
Virginia and is a Longwood Alumni. He enjoys camping, fishing, antique
shopping/refinishing, cooking, gardening, and spending time with
family and friends.
