The Student Union has well over 6,000 square feet of meeting space. There are seven total rooms that are available to students, faculty, and staff.

 

Reserve a Room

To reserve a room, simply fill out our online reservation form.

If you are a group outside on Longwood University and wish to book rooms in the Student Union, please visit the Conferences and Scheduling web site.

If for some reason the form does not work you can visit the Student Union main office, Lankford 201, and fill out a room reservation form.
