Before coming to Longwood in 1999, Susan worked at the Culinary Institute of America in NY, Emmanuel College in Boston, and Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. Susan works closely with all of the registered student organizations, coordinates some of Longwood's signature events such as Family Weekend, Oktoberfest and Spring Weekend, and manages the day to day operations of the Office of Student Union and Involvement.

During her time in Student Affairs, Susan has been very involved with CSPA/NY, ACUI, NACA, and ACPA serving in several leadership roles and on various committees. Susan's interests are working out, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and watching her beloved Red Sox. A native of Medford, MA, Susan is married to Bruce Davis and has two dogs, Fenway and Tessie.
