Painting and Drawing

The painting and drawing concentration focuses on an exploration of a variety of media including acrylic, watercolor, and oil.

Experimental media and processes are also introduced and encouraged. Development of an understanding of the history of painting as well as investigations into contemporary trends and practices is expected. Artistic growth and the development of an individual style are emphasized.
