| The new facility houses a 125 seat flexible black box theatre, a 75 seat studio theatre, 3 multi-function classrooms, a rehearsal studio, traditional drafting lab and a computer design lab, as well as the faculty and staff offices of Communication Studies and Theatre. |

| The backstage support areas include a costume shop with dye room, costume storage and craft area, a spacious scene shop with prop storage and technical storage annex, dressing rooms, with restroom facilities, a green room, make-up room and the box office. |
