Due to an error on the MOAT server, the user password file was corrupted. Because the password file is encrypted, Awareity is unable to determine which users were affected by this error. To prevent future login issues for users, they will reset all user passwords and send an e-mail with a new temporary password. By resetting each user's password, this will help prevent user account lockouts.
Unless you have already been reset by a MOAT Administrator since 05/17/2012, you will receive an e-mail notification from MOAT, explaining this update with your new temporary password. Resets and notifications are scheduled to be sent at 1:00 ET today. You will be required to change your password to something personal upon first login. You are also able to "Request a New Password" using the link on the login screen as normal.
