Please be advised that the annual IITS Staff Retreat will be held on Tuesday, July 31st, at the Sunchase Clubhouse. All IT offices will be closed from 9:30 am until 4:30 pm with the exception of the Help Desk. The Help Desk will be staffed with student technicians between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm. Limited support will be available during that time. Please note that student technicians are not able to facilitate password changes/resets. Full time staff will be available to reset passwords at 4:30 pm. If you have registered with the CYPHIR web-based system you may reset you password at your convenience at any time. The student helpdesk staff will be able to contact us in the event of an emergency.
