Windows Vista/Windows 7

  1. Go to Start > Control Panel
  2. Select Network and Internet (or click Classic View on left)
  3. Select Network and Sharing Center
  4. Select Manage Network Connections
  5. Double-click on Wireless Network Connections
  6. Click Wireless Properties
  7. Select the Security tab
  8. Uncheck "Cache user information for subsequent connections to this network"

These steps should immediately clear out the credentials and not require a restart.

Windows XP

  1. Download clearXP (ZIP) and save it to your desktop.
  2. The file will download in a compressed folder. Open the folder and double click the clearXP.reg file on your desktop to launch it. (Note: If you receive an "Unknown Publisher" security message, click Run to proceed.) A message will ask if you want to add the information to your registry. Even though the question indicates that you are adding information, the program is set up to remove the registry key. Click Yes.
  3. You will then receive a message that your registry has been successfully edited. Click OK.

Macintosh OS X

  1. Turn the Airport Off. To do this you should click on the airport icon (looks like a fan) in the top right side of your toolbar and select "Turn Airport Off"
  2. Go to Spotlight Search (magnifying glass icon on the top right hand side of your screen)
  3. Type Keychain access
  4. Select Keychain Access (should be the "Top Hit")
  5. Look for "WPA:LancerNet"
  6. Right Click(or Control-Left Click on Mouse)
  7. Select "Delete "WPA:LancerNet"
  8. Turn Airport on and Select 'LancerNet'
  9. You will be prompted for your NEW Username and Password.
