Thanks for registering to be a part of Movers & Shakers 2008!
Please follow the instructions below to ensure your ability to
participate in Movers & Shakers this year:
1. Print out the following
two documents:
STUDENT
INFORMATION FORM
MOVERS & SHAKERS
CONTRACT
2. Fill out the
information form and sign the contract.
3. Mail BOTH documents
to:

MOVERS & SHAKERS Schedule:
WEDNESDAY, August 20
12:00-5:00 CHECK
IN is in YOUR RESIDENCE HALL/APARTMENT. If you are living
in ANY KIND of CAMPUS HOUSING (this includes the Landings, Longwood
Village and Lancer Park!) go to that building to check in!
Make sure all your bills are paid BEFORE check-in. You absolutely
cannot move in if your bills are unpaid. Please call if you have

5:00-6:30 Dinner
on your own - the Dining hall will be open!
6:30-8:00 MANDATORY
Movers & Shakers Training in the BALLROOM in the Lankford
Student Union. If you don’t come you will be charged
the early move-in fee!
THURSDAY,
August 21
7:00am Continental
Breakfast for all volunteers in the Lankford Student Union Ballroom.
7:30-5:00 Movin’ & Shakin’
time! Lunch will be provided in shifts between 11:00 and 1:00.
