AWARDING
OF DEGREES
I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to define commencement times for the University.
II. POLICY
Degrees shall be awarded in May, August and December.
Commencement exercises are held in May. Students receiving degrees in the
preceding August and December will be invited to participate in the May
commencement. Students participating in commencement exercises are required to
wear caps, and gowns approved by the University.
