FINANCIAL CORRECTIONS, CHANGES, OR ADJUSTMENTS

I.    PURPOSE

The purpose of this policy is to establish a procedure for validating and approving changes to student accounts.

II.    POLICY

Adjustments, corrections, or changes on student accounts must be documented and approved in writing by an official of the charging department.  

III.    PROCEDURE

Student Accounts will review and insure that all changes, corrections, or adjustments are properly authorized and that corrections are entered in the Student Information System (SIS).
