Constructive Dialogue is a form of communication—an intentional conversation where people with differing viewpoints and perspectives try to find ways to understand and interact with each other, without giving up their own beliefs, in order to collaborate with and work together. Constructive Dialogue emphasizes the development of mutual understanding to broaden our perspectives, explore differences, and find common ground.
