To access the online version of the Oxford English Dictionary (2nd ed.), use one of the links below:
http://etext.virginia.edu/oed.html
http://www2.longwood.edu:2048/login?url=http://etext.lib.virginia.edu/oed.html
Make sure you use the "browse" feature (NOT "search"), which best simulates the way you would access entries in the bound edition of the OED.
If neither of these links work for you, try to access the OED through the library's page for "Indexes and Databases":
http://www.longwood.edu/library/eindexes.htm#M-N-O
If that doesn't work, try going to the library web page on your own to access the OED.
The bound edition of the OED is also available in the reference room of the library. If you're on campus, it's a good idea to use the library's copy anyway--it's easier to read, and it's close to the Shakespeare concordance and other research tools that you may find necessary for your research.
