Bo Meng

Dr. Bo Meng is an Assistant Professor of Finance at Longwood University. He earned a B.S. in International Economics and Trade and a B.S. in Mathematical Statistics from Nankai University in China, an M.S. in Statistics from North Carolina State University, and a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Iowa. Prior to coming to Longwood University, he spent four years as an Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Richmond. In his research, he proposes new measures to investigate topics such as industry merger waves. He is a native Chinese and enjoys his time with his family, running, and soccer.
