  • *Alternative Spring Break*

    Zion National Park
    Trip dates: March 10 -17, 2012, Applications due by February 3rd, 2012
    The Office of Leadership & Civic Engagement is teaming up with Campus Recreation/Longwood Outdoors to present a once in a lifetime service trip to Zion Canyon in Utah.  The week will be spent doing service in the park shoulder to shoulder with park rangers, camping out under the stars, and hiking and exploring this amazing canyon.  The $600 trip fee includes airfare, food, and equipment.  Download the application today!     Body Sculpt! Body Sculpt is a great way to get build toned muscle. We offer Upper, Lower, and Total Body Sculpt. Upper Body Sculpt is offered Mondays 12:15-12:45pm. Lower Body Sculpt is offered Wednesdays 12:15-12:45pm and Total Body Sculpt is offered Tuesdays 5-5:50pm.

Monday - Thursday 6:30 a.m. -10:00 p.m.

Friday  6:30 a.m. -8:00 p.m

Saturday  9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Sunday  1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Willett Pool Open Recreation Swim: 

  • Monday - Thursday, 5 - 9 p.m.

 Health & Fitness Center Rock Wall Hours: 

  • Monday - Thursday 4 - 10 p.m.
  • Friday 4 - 8 p.m.
  • Sunday 4 - 8 p.m.

 

You must have your I.D. to enter the Recreation Center.

If you do not have a valid I.D., you may get one at the I.D. office located in Lancaster G22A
