Intercultural engagement is an important aspect of creating a truly welcoming and inclusive community. It involves developing knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes to understand and interact with people from cultures different from our own. This workshop will examine intercultural engagement, introduce intercultural competence and cultural intelligence & provide strategies to increase intercultural understanding and engagement w/ your club.
