can be submitted via email during Winter Break at
firstyear@longwood.edu.
Any applications submitted during the academic year should be delivered
in person to the Office of First Year Experience (Lankford 226)
preferably during normal business hours.
All applications are due by 5pm on Friday, January 16. 2009.
Please be sure to carefully read the contract and mandatory dates for
interviews and training!

of First Year Experience is now located in Lankford 226 (the Nottoway Room).
Please stop by and visit our new location!
Are you entering Longwood in
January 2009?
If so, you need to attend January Orientation! This program is held on
Monday, January 12th in the morning. Classes do begin at 4pm on
this day but by attending January Orientation, you will be all set for a
smooth start! More information regarding this program will be
available in November and all correspondence will be made via your Longwood
email account.

Instructions for checking your Longwood email account: It is easy to utilize your Longwood resources to include email account through the myLongwood web portal. You can access myLongwood from any computer that has a connection to the Internet. Simply point your web browser to https://my.longwood.edu and logon with the LancerNet user id and password listed on the card below. You will access your email via the “Email Channel” on the “Home” tab in the portal. Simply click on the “Login to Webmail” option, and enter your LancerNet ID and password. Note: you should enter your username only on the login screen- do not enter "@longwood.edu".
