This workshop is designed to help participants understand the principles and practices of inclusive leadership, and how to apply them to create a culture of belonging and empower others in their clubs and organizations. Participants will learn how to recognize and address organizational barriers, cultivate diverse perspectives, and create an environment where all team members feel respected, valued, and empowered to contribute their best work.
