The Lancer Card is the official identification card of Longwood University as well as a multifunctioning campus card.
Add a meal plan and swipe your card to make purchases in any of the Longwood Dining locations.
Lancer CA$H is an additional discretionary account that can be used, after depositing funds, to make purchases on-campus at washers, dryers, vending machines, Longwood Dining locations, Longwood Printing Services, Greenwood Library, Longwood Mail Services, the Barnes & Noble Bookstore and much more.
You can also use Lancer CA$H at participating off-campus locations, including McDonald's, Sheetz, Buffalo Wild Wings, Pino's Italian Restaurant, Bojangles', Subway and many other locations in Farmville.
Cards are issued in the Lancer Card & Campus Services Office, Eason 204, from 8:15 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Lancer Cards and photos are the property of Longwood University and may be shared within the University for administrative purposes.

All Longwood employees are required to have a Lancer Card. The card identifies you as a faculty or staff member and also entitles you to various other privileges and potential uses on and off campus.
Anyone not affiliated with Longwood University who requires campus building access must have a Lancer Card.
The cardholder will have building access between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
A $20 lost card fee will be billed to the company or individual if the card is not returned.
If you lose your Lancer Card and are unable to visit the Lancer Card Center during business hours, you can be issued a loaner card from LUPD in Dorril Dining Hall.
The loaner card is valid for 72 hours.
Please return the loaner card to the Lancer Card Center.
Initial Lancer Cards for students, faculty, and staff are printed free of charge.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or non-working Lancer Cards will need to be replaced and can be purchased for $20.
Please file a police report with LUPD if your card is stolen. A police report does not waive the replacement card fee.
Please visit the Lancer Card Center with the legal documentation of your name change and we can issue a Lancer Card with your new name for $10.
Please return your previous Lancer Card to the Lancer Card Center.
Immediately mark your card as "Lost" at Lancer Card Portal.
If you can't access the portal please contact the Lancer Card Services Office at (434) 395-2715 or lancercard@longwood.edu during business hours, Eason 204 (Monday-Friday, 8:15 a.m.-4 p.m.)
After hours please contact the LUPD at (434)395-2091.
Please visit Lancer Card Services to reactivate your current Lancer Card or get a replacement card ($20).
Once a new card is printed, the old card is deactivated and can be discarded if found. Your access and meal accounts will transfer to the new card.
The university assumes no responsibility for illegitimate purchases from your account before you notify the proper authorities that it is lost or stolen.
