“The remarkable and knowledgeable professors were an asset to the Longwood endorsement since they all challenged us to put our thinking caps on and find solutions to perplexing scenarios which can occur in the school setting. The endorsement was challenging but with proper planning and organization, any educator can successfully complete it. I was also able to take the SLLA test and pass it on my first attempt thanks to the extended knowledge and practice I received."

“There are too many highlights to Longwood University’s Educational Leadership program to name just one. Through flexible classes, I received an extraordinary education from professionals working in my chosen field who ensured I had many opportunities to experience being an administrator and leader. I feel thoroughly prepared for the next professional role I step into, but since the day I began this program, I’ve been able to grow as a leader in my current role.”

"My experience in the Longwood University Leadership Endorsement provided the opportunity to expand my skill set on my personal journey of being a life-long learner. The teaching and learning is grounded in research, practical knowledge, and meaningful field experience which is necessary to become a successful leader in the field of education.
