The Longwood University Real Estate Foundation acquires, develops, and manages real property, or interest in real property and related assets, for the benefit of the University.

The Longwood University Real Estate Foundation was incorporated in 2004 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization to support the University. The primary function and responsibility of the LUREF is acquiring, developing, and managing real property, or interest in real property and related assets, for the benefit of the University. These acquisitions and developments are to accommodate future academic, institutional and housing requirements and augment the University’s campus master plan.
