Dr. Lee is responsible for the oversight of the Infant and Toddler Connection of the Heartland; the area’s early intervention program serving clients birth to three with developmental delays and disabilities. His expertise includes ensuring that all providers, internal and/or external, are following all federal and state requirements and providing early intervention services.

Ms. Shelburne is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the implementation of early intervention services needed by families. In addition, Ms. Shelburne maintains the required paperwork for early intervention clients and monitors and evaluates the services provided and adjusts them according to families’ needs.
