Application for Virginia In-State Tuition Rate (pdf) – Complete if claiming entitlement to Virginia in-state tuition rates. Download and complete then email to admissions@longwood.edu.

Early Decision Nursing 

Longwood Early Decision Nursing Agreement Form Fall 2024 (pdf) - Agreement for any students applying early decision for Nursing.   

Enrollment Deposit Forms

Enrollment Deposit Form (pdf) – Use this form to mail an enrollment deposit via check or money order.

Longwood Enrollment Deposit Deferment Request Form - Future Lancers who meet certain eligibility requirements can be granted a waiver of the enrollment deposit. 

Longwood Enrollment Deposit Waiver for Employee Dependents - Eligible dependents of Longwood faculty/staff are eligible for waiver of the enrollment deposit. 

Health Records

Immunization Requirements and Forms – A completed immunization record or certificate of religious exemption is required for all students enrolled in 12 or more undergraduate and 9 or more graduate credit hours.   

Second Bachelor's Degree Application  

Longwood Second Bachelor's Degree Application (pdf) – Completed after admission by a student who currently holds a Bachelor’s, wishing to enroll in another Bachelor’s program.
