The Office of Student Research offers FREE poster printing services for course-based student research or presentation or research at a conference.
Free poster printing services are available for student research and creative inquiry projects for students in departments that do not have their own poster printer.
IMPORTANT: OSR prints research posters for students for free under the following conditions:

Poster Requirements:
- We can print any size poster as long as one of the dimensions (length or width) does not exceed 36in. Common poster sizes are 30 in. X 40 in. or 36 in. X 48 in. For Longwood’s Fall and Spring Student Showcase events, the maximum allowable poster size is 30in. x 40in.
- OSR will print posters in color however please use a white background on your poster to save ink.
- Please submit your poster 5 business days before the pickup date to allow for printing.
- The deadline for printing a poster for the Fall Showcase 2019 is November 15 at 5pm.

To request a poster, complete the Poster Request Form and submit it and your poster in PowerPoint form to osr@longwood.edu. Please allow adequate time for OSR to process your request.
