  • Summer Session Housing

    Cox Hall is the only Longwood-managed accommodation offered during the 2010 Summer School period. Assignments will be processed in the order of request and will be honored as space permits.

    Longwood's Residency Requirement does not extend to Summer School. If you are enrolled in summer courses at Longwood and would like to commute from a local address we will not dispute this. Your status will temporarily change to commuter than will be changed back to residential at the end of the final summer session.

  • Register to Stay for Spring Break - Ended

    The online register to stay period has ended. If you need to register to stay in Longwood Managed Housing for Spring Break, you must go to campus police to register.

     
  • Off Campus Release Application

    The Off Campus Release Application Process is designed for students that wish to be considered for the opportunity to be released from the longwood residency requirement, to live independent of longwood housing management and to sign a lease arrangement with a private landlord.

    The deadline for this process was Feb 12th and is now past.

     
  • Main Campus Self Assignment

    Main Campus Self Assignment
    March 22 - April 2
    10am - 4pm
    A Computer with Internet Access is required

    This new online automated Self Assignment system requires one student, the "Designated Roommate," to log in, choose a room, choose a roommate, choose meal plans for self and roommates, and Bam - You know exactly which room you will be living in next year!

  • Waitlist Application

    All waitlist applications are due by 5pm on February 24, 2010. RCL will then rank order by earned credits (and deposit date where necessary) to determine placement on waitlist. After February 24, 2010 students may still submit a waitlist application, but those submitted by February 24, 2010 will be given priority status.
