Class Registration

It is each student’s responsibility while abroad to register for courses for the following semester and to stay in communication with his or her academic advisor. Before going abroad, students must speak with their advisor about course plans for the semester following their term abroad.  Students must contact their advisor for their specific registration date and PIN.

For further information about registration, contact the Registrar’s Office.

Housing Registration

Additionally, it is each student’s responsibility to register for residential housing for the semester after his or her term abroad.  Before leaving, students should go to Residential and Commuter Life (RCL).  Once on the housing registration page, click on the "Housing Registration Gateway" link on the right side of the page in the Housing Registration Timeline underneath the red "RMS" diamond.  You will be sent to a new page where you will select the "I am a residential student and would like to login" link and login to the page using your Longwood ID and password.  Select the Housing Registration Information and you will be brought to a list of options.  You may either select "Create a Roommate Pin" where you create a 4-digit pin to give to the roommate you will be living with next semester or select "Housing Assignment Information" to select your own housing.  Housing registration will take place around late February/early March for the Spring semester and late September/early October for the Fall semester.  RCL will send out emails to all Longwood students a few weeks in advance to notify them of when housing registration will begin.
