The transcript is the complete record of all academic work attempted at Longwood University, regardless of degree-seeking status or program level.

The University does not provide official transcripts that segregate individual courses, schools, terms or levels.

Requests for transcripts are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Additional time is required for requests of student records prior to 2007 and for requests made at the end of the semester.

All fines, fees, and most holds must be cleared from a student's account before an Official transcript will be released.

If you are applying for Teaching Licensure with the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) you must request your transcript to be mailed to you or be held for pick-up in the Office of the Registrar, Brock Hall, Suite 112.  The VDOE requires that applicants must submit the application, including the forms and documents, in a single packet.  They will not accept transcripts sent directly to them or e-transcripts.
