Undergraduate Payment Plans

*Remember you must register for payment plans each semester.

4-Pay Plan (with optional down payment)

Spring 2024- Enrollment will open November 10^th. 

*Enrollment after this date will reduce the number of payments/months in which your remaining balance will be divided.

The payment plan opens when first bills are released.

Scheduled payment dates:

• January 15^th
• February 15^th
• March 15^th
• April 15th

Touchnet Payment Plan Manager 

Our Touchnet Payment Plan Manager system should automatically adjust your monthly payments as activity on the student account changes and will notify the student or authorized user(s) via email.

The payments are automated using an ACH bank draft (Electronic check) or credit/debit cards (2.95% convenience fee).

The automated payment schedule is set upon enrollment. No other action is necessary for the payments to draft from the bank account selected at enrollment in the plan.

How to Enroll

You may access the option for the plan through myLongwood, Student Tab, My Student Account.

Complete the self-service application. The student may enroll in the plan or may authorize others to enroll in the plan.

Authorized users will be emailed the procedures for accessing the student account and may enroll in the plan once the student sets the authorizations.
