Suggestions/Complaints

The University Center staff encourages you to submit your suggestions about improvements, activities and any other comments you would like to submit to the Union. We will read and respond to all suggestions.

“A student wishing to file a complaint with the University Center and Student Activity Office shall fill out the below form within 30 calendar days of the event(s) triggering the grievance."

The grievance must include

• A clear statement of the university rule, regulation, policy and/or action of which the student complains;
• The date of when the action occurred;
• A summary of the action(s) which the student has taken to resolve the matter informally;
• Documentation that supports the grievances.

If the grievance relates to the Director of the University Center and Student Activities the student will address a written grievance to Cheryl Steele, Dean for Student Engagement, who will conduct the same procedures as mentioned above.
