Software

You will have access to several Microsoft software packages, including Microsoft M365, at no cost while you are a Longwood Student. The M365 suite includes Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote and more! You can access M365 products online or download them to your computer.  Additionally, you will have access to Microsoft’s Copilot AI tool.

To access your Microsoft software, you will log in to your Longwood Live Mail account and click on the App Launcher (9 gray dots that form a square) in the top left corner of the screen.

Please note that the software is available to current students only and that access will be removed upon graduation.
