Use the AIMS Parking Portal to
- Order and pay for your permits online
- We cannot reserve permits in our office. Please reserve your permits through the AIMS Parking Portal
- Pay tickets
- Cashiers cannot accept credit cards for in-person purchases of permits. We accept cash, check or Lancer Cash in the office.
- File parking appeals
- Purchase guest passes
AIMS Parking Portal Instructions
- Log into the system using your Lancer ID and password
- You will see the parking portal with selections
- Click on ‘Order Permit’
- Agree to Terms, then follow the instructions on each page
