Mail Processing and distribution involves sorting and distributing all incoming mail and packages to students, departments, and support services.
Mail Services provides a convenient outlet for purchasing stamps and shipping packages while allowing customers the choice of different services and vendors. Window hours are Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Daily delivery to all offices and departments on campus is offered. Internal campus mail and outgoing University mail is picked up daily and returned to Mail Services for processing. Please notify Mail Services in advance if excessive mail volume requires an additional pick-up. Supplies for office bulk mailings should be requested in advance if possible.
Mail Services provides an accurate record of each departmental postal transaction and directs accumulated charges to the Accounting and Financial Reporting office on a monthly basis. Mail processed on site and daily charges for Business Reply, Nonprofit Bulk, and Postage Due are received, recorded and billed to each department.
Vendor account services obtain and maintain all permits and accounts that offer special rates and services to State institutions and nonprofit organizations while ensuring University compliance with all associated regulations.
Student address information is available for all on-campus students by request at the customer service counter. Directories are updated daily to reflect any changes that may occur.
