How do I mail a package?

Bring your package to the Longwood Post Office sales counter located in Graham Hall.  We will give you several options and prices to compare and even make suggestions. We do not have packaging for sale, but occasionally have "used" packaging donated to us by students, to give away. We accept cash, Lancer CA$H, and personal checks made out to Longwood University. Sorry, no credit or debit cards at this time.

Can I buy stamps at the University Post Office?

Yes! We offer a wide selection of stamps, booklets and just about anything else you can get from the USPS except Registered Mail and money orders. You also have the option to use UPS for express or ground service.

Do I keep the same mailbox year after year?

As long as you are a residential student, your campus box number remains the same. If you choose to move off campus, you must forfeit your mailbox and furnish the Registrar's Office with your new local address.
